  • Are your services available to all Canadians?

    Yes, our services are available to all Canadians who are 18 years of age or older and legally allowed to take on a mortgage in Canada.

  • How do you ensure you’re offering the best mortgage rates?

    We stay up-to-date on the latest mortgage trends and rates and regularly shop around to ensure we’re offering our clients the best rates and terms.

  • What does the process look like when working with you?

    The process typically begins with an initial consultation and assessment of your financial situation. From there, we’ll help you determine the best option for your needs, and then work with you to find the best lender. Throughout the process, I’ll be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

  • Are fees charged by mortgage agents?

    A mortgage broker/agent service is (mostly) at no cost. In most cases, using the services of a mortgage broker comes at no cost to the homeowner or homebuyer. A mortgage broker instead receives compensation directly from the lender. The only time you might have to pay is when working with a private lender or a lender that refuses to pay brokerage fees - which a mortgage broker would tell you about in advance.
